I reserve the right to decline orders without explanation

I reserve the right to use rejected materials (sketches, unfinished comms etc) in my future artworks

if customer acts inappropriately towards me, making refund after finished artwork or breaks the copyright rules - other artists will be notified about it to avoid taking orders from them

I WON'T DRAW:

humanoid/human characters

presentation of sexual activity, including: sexual act, masturbation, bodily liquids, any sort of interaction with genitals or breasts (implied for feminine characters)

anything in NSFW context with minors/cubs

doesn't matter if character "3000 years old!!!!!", if it has child body - it won't be showed in inappropriate context

detailed hard gore (anatomically correct deep wounds, visible organs)

i'll start working after we discuss your idea and when i recieve the payment

i usually draw as fast as i can, i'll inform you if something happens gonna slow me down on the drawing

depending on my queue and difficulty of artwork it can take up to three months

i don't accept rush commissions

i will send you every stage of the drawing process to approve

but please, take your time to check everything before approving!!

after finishing the artwork i'll send you full-sized hq art piece

you have 5 free edits on both sketch and coloring stages

additional edits will cost 5-10$ per each, depending on amount of work

edits after i finished rendering will cost extra anyway, no free edits on this stage, 15-20$ each

+ character will cost up to 100% of the price (depends on how much it's showing on the art)

simple background is free, detailed will cost extra

winged characters will cost extra depending on wings detalisation

anonymous commissions don't need extra payment (i won't tag you or leave a link)

payment methods: PAYPAL (prefered - invoice)

100% of payment is made upfront

payment plan is acceptable for prices >150$, but no longer than 3 months

refunds can be discussed (only on sketch and flatcolor stage, the amount of money estimated to be paid for the work on finishing it can be refunded)

if you will make a refund after receiving finished artwork, i will never work with you again and will make sure other artists are aware of your actions

i should be credited as an artist if you post commissioned artwork on your social media

make sure to not crop my watermark when you post it!

you have the right for the finished artwork, don't post wip's without my permission!

you can't use my artworks for commercial purposes

but you can print a commissioned artwork for personal use!

i reserve the right to use artworks i made in advertising and price-lists

the customer doesn't have the right to change work, erase the signature, change colors without my knowledge and permission

do not claim my art as your own work!
